This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through selahviellc.com and operated by BLACK BALANCE FITNESS & NUTRITION LLC, located at 3417 Brooks Ave, Santa Rosa, CA 95407.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays) after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Domestic Shipping Rates & Timeframes
We offer three shipping options for all orders within the contiguous United States:

Free Shipping: Orders with a subtotal of $75.00 or more automatically qualify for free standard shipping. This discount applies before taxes and any applicable fees.
Carriers
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier used depends on your location, package size, and the shipping method selected. We reserve the right to select the most efficient carrier to ensure timely delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a direct link to monitor your shipment. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after the initial scan by the carrier.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands). We do not offer international shipping at this time. APO/FPO/DPO addresses may be accommodated via USPS — please contact us at [email protected] before placing your order.
Delivery Delays
Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather conditions, carrier service disruptions, or high-volume shipping periods (holidays). We are not responsible for carrier delays beyond our control, but we will do our best to assist you in resolving any shipping issues.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors and your building management first. Then contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the marked delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and, if confirmed lost, send a replacement or issue a refund.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for packages undeliverable due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
