30-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. If 30 days have passed since delivery, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange for standard returns. For items that arrived defective or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery regardless of this window.
Eligible Items for Return
To qualify for a return, clothing items must meet the following conditions:
- Item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
- All original tags are still attached
- Item is in its original packaging where applicable
- Item was purchased directly through selahviellc.com
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items with original tags removed
- Final sale or clearance items marked as non-returnable at time of purchase
- Gift cards
Size Exchanges
If your item doesn't fit, we make exchanges easy. Contact us at [email protected] with your order number and the size or color you need. We process exchanges as a return plus a new order. Exchanges are subject to availability.
How to Initiate a Return
- Step 1: Email [email protected] with your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason.
- Step 2: We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return authorization and instructions.
- Step 3: Ship the item back using a trackable method. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong item or damaged product).
- Step 4: Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll notify you of approval within 3–5 business days.
Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of receiving and approving the returned item. Please allow 5–10 additional business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
Partial Refunds: May be issued for items returned in a condition that differs from what was described (e.g., tags removed, minor wear).
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund — including return shipping — at no cost to you.
Wrong Item Received
If we sent you the wrong product or size, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange return shipping and send the correct item promptly, or issue a full refund if the correct item is unavailable.
