Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days. Express shipping (2–3 business days) and Overnight (1 business day) are also available at checkout. Orders placed before 2pm EST on business days are processed the same day.
Yes! All orders over $75 qualify for free standard shipping within the contiguous United States. Orders under $75 are charged $6.99 for standard shipping.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Opened supplements and nutrition products cannot be returned for safety reasons unless the product is defective. Contact us at [email protected] to initiate a return.
Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened supplements, protein powders, or nutrition products unless the product arrived damaged or defective. All other products must be in original, unused condition for a return.
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. Tracking typically becomes active within 24 hours of shipment. You can also check your carrier's website directly using the tracking number provided.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and PayPal through our secure checkout. We do not accept checks, money orders, or cryptocurrency at this time.
Currently, we ship to all 50 US states and US territories. We do not offer international shipping at this time. We're working on expanding our shipping coverage — check back soon!
We process exchanges as a return + new order. Contact us at [email protected] with your order number and the item you'd like, and we'll guide you through the process. Exchanges are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving your return.
We're sorry to hear that! Please email us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement, as long as they haven't entered the fulfillment process. Contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number. Once an order ships, it cannot be cancelled but can be returned under our return policy.
All supplements and nutrition products in our store are made in FDA-registered facilities following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). We select products with transparent ingredient lists and third-party testing when available. Always consult your healthcare provider before starting any supplement.
Absolutely. We use PayPal's secure payment infrastructure, which encrypts all transaction data using SSL technology. We never store your credit card information on our servers. PayPal is PCI DSS compliant and one of the most trusted payment processors in the world.
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. The refund will appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
Product allergen information is listed on each product page. Common allergens in our supplement lineup include soy, dairy, and tree nuts. If you have specific allergy concerns, please check the product label or contact us before purchasing.
